Cover Picture: Based on the environmental management data from 2005 to 2017, the EMEE in 30 provinces of China was performed on the basis of indicator information integration by the ER approach with weight calculation method and DEA-Malmquist index. Additionally, the efficiency of regional environmental management was further evaluated from the two dimensions of regional efficiency distribution and dynamic efficiency change.
